Hammering King Salmon In Michigan Rivers // Catch and Smoke

Derrick and Austin set out on a mission to catch some Great Lakes King Salmon in some rivers right here in Michigan! The method that they use is floating cured skein ( salmon eggs) under a bobber through the deeper holes throughout the river. Stay tuned throughout the whole video to see how Derrick likes to smoke the salmon to a delicious perfection!
The brine recipe is 1 gallon of water, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and 1/3 cup of salt. Let the prepared fillets soak for at least 12-16 hours.
