Well i used... pineapple, 2 lemon and 8-10 oranges. Soaked the Zobo OVERNIGHT and sliced in the lemon, 2 orange skin Only( without the flesh) and the pineapple skin. The Next morning while i was about to boil it i added 2 THUMBSIZED ginger, 4 tbs Cloves, 2 tbs of Grain of selim or Uda

I cooked the pot for 20- 30 mins medium to High heat. Then Sieve . Add enough water to the things again cook for 10 mins and Sieve a second time. This step of sievingis not the main one so use the normal Sieve just to seperate the liquid from the skins.

After the second sieving, Allow the liquid to get very cold or warm. While its cooling Down blend the fresh pineapple, with all the oranges, i added 10-12 APPLES. Add everything to a blender with enough water blend and Sieve NEATLY and set aside😀

Now use a cheese CLOTH to Sieve the Zobo NEATLY and smoothly cooled Down.

After sieving combine the SIEVED fruits mix together with the SIEVED Zobo juice. Mix to combine for even taste. Add sweetner of choice to the quantity you Will consume immediately. Store the rest frozen and defreeze and sweeten to your taste. Enjoy cold, warm or Hot🙌

5 CUPS ZOBO FLOWERS
1 PINEAPPLE RIPED & SWEET
2 TBS CLOVES
4 SWEET RED APPLES
5- 6 MEDIUM ORANGES SWEET
2 LEMONS
1 BIG FAT GINGER
2 CUPS SUGAR(MIXED ONLY some PART)
WATER AS NEEDED(but above the flowers)
