Hakko FM-2032 Micro Pencil Soldering Iron - Do you really need one?

I've used this iron in a few videos recently and its been asked about a few times. Here's a closer look at it. This is the Hakko FM-2032 Micro Pencil soldering iron. It's great for those tiny components. Its something I rarely use but it's great to have when I need it. There's been some boards which would have been thrown out if I didn't have this iron to fix them with.
