Valkyria Chronicles: Enter the Edy Detachment - Concept Speedrun (10:13 RTA)

Just a dumb little project I started because it's only one mission. I routed this concept myself without prior knowledge, so it's very likely that I didn't notice some things.
This is only a benchmark and is definitively improvable. The key to saving a lot of time is Lynn's placement, as she can be placed in a way more offensive spot, but due to her terrible standing posture, she's very prone to getting shot in the head, which either requires a lot of dodges to avoid or will make you reset the mission a lot.
Homer can also take a mortar shot from the tank without getting launched into the first mortar, which is possibly another way to save a bit of time. Firing three times at the tank from the starting position takes just about the same amount of time as running behind the tank, oneshotting it, and running back.
