PANIC DISORDER | ANXIETY | Diagnosis and Personal Experience | Mental Health | VLOG Ep.3

So, this is where I am at at this moment. For years I have been dealing with problems with anxiety and stress. But during the start of this year, it has been incredibly difficult, physically and emotionally. Several doctor's appointments and ER visits later, I finally have a diagnosis. Taking the first step was difficult, but I am happy that I decided to do it. This is the beginning of better days ahead! 💜

I filmed this between day 5 and 6 after getting treatment and starting therapy. I decided to film this video to document my journey, and also to hopefully provide support t those who are going through the same problem.
