Michael Smitiuch, Principal of Smitiuch Injury Law, discusses the recent breach of privacy by a nurse at Brampton Civic Hospital. It is alleged that the nurse, who was an employee of the hospital, used private patient information to obtain narcotics for her own use. Smitiuch Injury Law is representing more than 100 patients whose health information was accessed.
