How to Instant Pot in the Recon Campervan

This video is all about cooking "pre-rinsed" brown rice with a 3 quart Instant Pot in the Recon Campervan. The 3 quart Instant Pot draws 700 watts. See how the battery and the 1000 watt inverter on the Recon Campervan handles the power draw of the 3 Quart Instant Pot while cooking a cup of "pre-rinsed" brown rice. We are oceanside in San Clemente, along the train tracks where we caught a glimpse of the Metrolink train on its way to San Diego.

In the voiceover, I meant to say a 1000 watt inverter, not 1000 watt battery. You can tell by this video I am no electrician nor engineer. Enjoy!

I will test other uses of the 3 quart Instant Pot with the campervan. So far I have only used the high pressure cook method.
