Snowy Monaro Regional Council December monthly meeting recording.
This is a copy of the public broadcast made to prevent the council from editing their meeting recording to hide things from the public.
We do this under the specific exemptions to the Copyright Act.. and further state that nobody can claim copyright in publicly broadcast public meetings, made using publicly funded equipment and from public buildings.. where the PUBLIC SERVANTS are *serving* the PUBLIC.

Our council has a nasty habit of 'editing' its meeting records.
