Explaining the Business Model Canvas (2024)

Strategyzer's Business Model Canvas is the most important business strategy tool of the last 15 years. It was invented by Alex Osterwalder. It's used by people all around the world. It's the main focus of the book Business Model Generation.

There are lots of videos out there that explain what the business model canvas is and how it works. But I haven't seen anyone try to do it quite like this.

I was inspired by Julie Nolke's fantastic videos.

I don't know if I'll get an Oscar for my acting, but I had a lot of fun making this all the same.

I hope it enjoyed it and found it useful.
