Introspective: A Circular Journey Through Quarantine

The Parkland High School (Allentown, PA) 2019-20 AP Music Theory Class presents it's collaborative Final Project, "Introspective A Circular Journey Through Quarantine" - a musical exploration of, and reaction to, the stay-at-home quarantine thrust upon them by the COVID-19 crisis during the spring of 2020.

In this approximately 15-minute musical journey, class members Abby, Coby, Lexi, Jordy, Shanyn and Natalie (our "host" in the video) present music they have composed - based on a unifying musical and programmatic theme - in a student-driven, collaborative compositional effort. Each student introduces their movement and provides notes on what to listen for.
