Diet is an essential part of every individual and when it comes to paralysis patients it is even more important because a healthy diet helps a paralysis patient to #recoverfast. Family of paralysis patients usually give them khichadi and daliya which do not provide them any strength but in fact restrict the recovery in the patient.
It is important to give a protein-rich diet to the paralysis patient as it provides strength to the body of the paralysis patient. We must give pulses, eggs, chicken, and double toned milk. Along with it, we must also make the food which should be rich in taste as less tasty food lower the appetite of the patient and further causes weakness along with irritation and slow recovery.

It is also important for paralysis patients to work on the brain which will help to start the recovery and regain muscle movement. Neuroplasticity which is the natural healing process of our brain, slowdowns after 6 months of paralysis.
