Hollow Knight - lofi/chill mix

Hollow Knight is a game that I admire very much, but unfortunately have not beaten because I am not very good at Hollow Knight. However, I've always enjoyed the music, the aesthetic and the skill people bring to the game. So what better way to celebrate that and the (eventual) release of Silksong than with a lofi/chill mix?

Oh mannn this was a good find. I usually sneak a more synthy/electronic cover into these but this was just a perfect intro. No words, just vibes.
1:55 - Menu Theme (Collosia)
I've featured Collosia on my Chrono Trigger Synthwave and my Taia777/Checkpoint Lofi. I'm impressed by how much different stuff they've done in different genres!
4:22 - Dirtmouth (Relyea)
Relyea has a TON of great Hollow Knight lofis, I had to feature a few of my favorites! I love how the original is sampled in this, it's a common theme through Relyea's excellent library.
6:26 - Hornet Lofi (Cadred)
I do love it when someone is able to make a longer lofi cover. Not trying to criticize any other tracks based on length, I just love something that's both long and good.
10:27 - Greenpath (MODUZEN)
I found MODUZEN through his awesome Chrono Trigger covers. Glad to see he's got a bit of another great game in his repertoire
13:28 - Queen's Garden (emphase)
Fun fact: The Queen's Garden/Kingdom's Edge were the last areas I unlocked before the game surpassed me in skill level

The way some people feel about City of Tears I feel about this song. It's always so beautiful.
18:42 - Forgotten Crossroads (Lotskoo)
The beat in this one is nice. I do love a good beat, that's what makes some good music after all!

I never made it to white palace but I sure can appreciate good music!

This is one of those areas that made me think, "huh Hollow Knight would go pretty well with lofi.."

If I realized I wouldn't have put this so close to the other White Palace! This is good, though.

I really like that intro with the game noises, I had to keep it in it was so perfect! Plus the song is excellent, I'm a sucker for lofi with acoustic parts.
34:42 - Kingdom's Edge (Relyea)
I really like how this took a cool ambient theme and added some stuff to it. So cool!
36:42 - Hollow Knight (Relyea)
Another Relyea gem, I really like the direction this takes. The guitar sound is immaculate.

This is definitely one of my favorites. I really love the compressed sounds!

Hot take: I prefer Queen's Garden to Greenpath. Those are probably in my top 3 tunes tho.

It took me until this long to realize that the skips in VG Lofi Nights' songs were just part of their style. Now it helps me appreciate them a whole lot more!

I love the distortion on this one!! Relyea has a stellar library but this is definitely one of my personal favorites.
53:55 - Dirtmouth (UmeChokoreto)
I almost used a pic of Dirtmouth for this, but I like to go with official art rather than in-game images for my lofi mixes, so I chose this screen instead.
55:16 - Crossroads (BOOM BAP SWORD)
I really like the distortion effects on this, it sounds like SummoningSalt music or something cool like that.
58:23 - Greenpath (VG Lofi Nights)
Greenpath really goes well with lofi, huh? Love the little nature-y intro, too.
1:00:46 - Reflection (Collosia)
I decided to book-end this one by beginning and finishing with covers of Reflection. It's a good song, and one of many from this game perfect for Lofi.
