Linux Kernel Module Programming - USB Device Driver 01
This video introduces the beginning concepts behind usb device driver programming.
Here I talk about a usb device configuration, interface, endpoints, as well as what the usb core is, and how it relates to the linux kernel.
Additionally, I cover the very useful command called lsusb which display all the usb devices currently plugged into the system in a user friendly way. lsusb provides alot of information, particularly if you use the -v flag, about all devices such as endpoint address, number of interfaces, endpoint data orientation (IN or OUT).
