This is one of the pedals I get asked to demo the most. The Ottobit Jr. by Meris is hands down one of the best, if not the best, bit-crushers/sample-rate-reducers I've ever played. Plus it has an absolutely wicked filter and a fun sequencer to boot! Enjoy!
