THE GLOVES ARE OFF!! Fiat 500e Electric v MINI Electric v Mazda MX-30: Which £25,000 EV is best?

For those looking to plunge into the world of electric cars, the circa £25,000 market is hot right now.

MINI was an early entrant bringing all the retro design and quality of regular petrol MINIs, but with the added bonus a 145-mile pure electric range and improved driving characteristics.

Then came the Mazda MX-30 with its five seats, high-riding driving position and crossover-style body, and now we have the Fiat 500e – the latest version of the 500 style icon now powered only by electricity.

Here Ginny, Nicki and Tom bring the cars together and while they are all different, they go to show the breadth of choice available if you're looking to spend around £25,000-£30,000 on a new electric car.
