Today’s Soft Story: Farmhouse Quiche Made With Love 💛

Today’s soft story started with ingredients I already had.

🥓 Bacon
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🧅 Caramelized sweet onion
🫑 Bell pepper
🌶️Jalapeño
🧅 Green onion
🧀 Sharp cheddar cheese
🥚 8 eggs
🥐 Puff pastry crust

Nothing fancy.

Just another reminder that some of the best things in life are made from what we already have.

💛 Loaded Farmhouse Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 sheet puff pastry
• 8 eggs
• 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese
• 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
• 1 sweet yellow onion, caramelized
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• ½ bell pepper, diced
• 1 jalapeño, diced
• 2 green onions, sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Press puff pastry into baking dish.
Cook bacon and caramelize onion.
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
Add bacon, vegetables, and cheese.
Pour into crust.
Bake 45–55 minutes until center is set.
Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
