Emergency alerts delayed by almost 2 hours in N.S. fatal 2023 floods, report finds
A new report on 2023's fatal flash flooding in Nova Scotia found that the emergency public alert system was delayed by nearly two hours. The parents of a child who died say the tragedy could have been avoided if better systems were in place.
