The TP Link TL-WA1201 has a slightly better range due to its larger antennas and comes with a passive POE injector allowing you to install it away from power sources..

The NETGEAR WAC 104 isn't POE capable but it has 4 Gigabit ethernet ports and the ability to turn off the wireless signal with the push of a button. It also has a larger main body with large vents to allow for good ventilation. The shorter antennas and form factor make it a better choice if it must be mounted in a place such as an entertainment center.

Overall their price and performance is very comparable. If I had to choose I would probably go with the TP Link because of the better range and the POE capabilities, but you choose whatever works best for you in your situation.
