Is the work done by a constant force path independent?

In this video, we shall solve a line integral problem, modeled as work done by a force. The force field is a constant vector field and we prove that the work done by such a field is path independent by

1) showing that the field is conservative,
2) finding its potential &
3) actual integration.

This video will be extremely useful to engineering and physics students, as they have vector calculus as one of their core courses. It would also help GATE aspirants in their preparation of various competitive examinations.

The narrator is a mechanical engineer and holds a masters degree from India's top institute, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore.
