Sublimation Glass Cutting Board

Our sublimation glass cutting boards are made of tempered glass and come in a good assortment of sizes from small 4x4 coasters to 10x15 glass cutting boards. These are a popular product to sell at fairs and can be easily customized.

Tempered glass is heat treated and is harder than normal glass. Cutting boards include 4 rubber feet and are usually packaged 2x per box (round cutting board shown in video is 1x per box)

Press 400F at 4 minutes
Remove paper, air cool only. Water cooling WILL shatter it.

Sublimation printing is the process of turning heat to a gas and forcing it into a product with pressure. The ink dye then bonds with complex polymer molecules in the coating/polyester and cools looking the color in place. This creates a strong heat transfer that is tattooed into the surface of the object.
