In this clip, Jorge Valdes opened up more about his relationship with Pablo Escobar, who Jorge said offered him a deal that he turned down because he considered it to be deceitful. He explained that Pablo wanted to put insurance on the loads of cocaine that they were flying in, and he wanted to "lose" every third load to collect the insurance and also sell the lost load. When Jorge declined to be part of the deal, he says Pablo's cousin saw it as a sign of disrespect. It was later that Jorge was told by a close friend and assasin that Pablo's cousin put a hit out on him for using Pablo's air strip without permission. You can hear the full story above.
