Cook With Me - Baked Tilapia Potatoes & Carrots

Hey my babes! I was kind of missing making these cooking videos so I figured I was making dinner so why not share! This time around I made some baked tilapia and a side of baked carrots and potatoes, smothered in lemon, garlic, butter and seasonings! This is not at all a how to, because you can adjust it to whatever your taste buds desire! This is just the way I made it! Every detail and ingredient is in the video, so make sure you pay attention. AND if you don't I'll list everything below because I'm nice lol :)

Main Dish-
7 Tilapia Filets
Half Small Onion Sliced
5 Small Sweet Peppers Sliced
3 tbs butter
Italian Seasoning
Seasoning Salt
Lemon Pepper
Grated Parmesan
Minced Garlic
Fresh Cilantro
I don't measure...to your liking!

Side Dish-
6 Small Potatoes Cut in Large Cubes
2 Cups Baby Carrots Cut in Half
4 Tbs Butter
I Large Lemon
Minced Garlic
Italian Seasoning
Seasoning Salt
Grated Parmesan
Salt and Pepper
To your liking..I don't measure :)

In a preheated 375 degree oven:
Bake Potatoes for 30 minutes. At 15 minutes mix

Add the Tilapia in oven for an additional 15 minutes. Remove and add fresh cilantro.

Broil both on High for 5 additional minutes.

I topped it off with fresh avocado.

Total cook time for Potatoes 50 minutes. Total cook time for Tilapia 20 minutes. Remember after the potatoes have been baking for 30 minutes, place tilapia in the oven. Enjoy!
