Pros:
Mesh front intake grill
Excelent Fit & Finish
Tempered Glass side panel
240/280 (top) & 360 (front) radiator support

Cons:
Top I/O cables attached to Front bezel.
Power supply shroud not removable.
Front filter access could be easier.

There is differences between the Define C & Meshify C chassis:
Meshify C: New Mesh Bezel (Define C side ventilated bezel)
Meshify C: 120mm fan blades are black, X2 GP-12, 18.9 dBA @ 68.4 CFM (Define C, same specs, but white blades)
Meshify C: New Tempered Glass Panel. (Define C optional plastic window)
Meshify C: New Black PVC magnetic filter on top. (Define C has solid cover)
Meshify C: Black PCI slot covers and HDD trays. (Define C has white paint)
