you will need:
- 2 sheets of A4 or Letter sized paper
- scissors
- Tape (glue)
- Rubber band

Some helpful tips:
- watch the video in 1080p HD
- adjust the speed in the video settings if i'm going too slow / fast
- you don't have to cut the rubber band if you already have a really short one (headband)
