Situational Leadership

Not all fingers on a palm are equal. If they did, it would be a severe disability. Similarly, each individual is different and has core competencies that are unique. Some are very innovative, some are good in execution and others in oratory/communication skills. There is tremendous and diverse talent in many organisations. How many times have you seen ideas just undermined, meetings hijacked, decisions over-turned or changes made incessantly resulting in confusion and lower morale?
