Ever Eat Shrimp Head Spice Cake? Prawn Head Fry Recipe Cooking in Village - Chingrir Mathar Chop

About 50 KG big shrimp head spice cake recipe cooking by 15 village ladies for about 350+ people of village.

First women processing & clean all the shrimp head and then they used some spice ingredient to marinate the head.

After that they use pulses flour and some more ingredient with water and mixed up all the head and after that they fry that head in hot oil.

In the mean time some others women cooking delicious khichori/hodgepodge to serve with prawn head fry cake.

After finish cooking hodgepodge & shrimp head spice cake, women serve the food to whole village people.
