If you are looking to do it yourself, the ONLY product we use is Alpine. It works 100% of the time, every time. Stop wasting your time with things people on the internet...unless they actually make a living killing roaches. Boric acid works for small infestations...but it does not handle large infestations. Alpine kills FAST...EVERY TIME.

You can use any of the Alpine products. The WSG is to be mixed with water and works best. The gel works to but my favorite is the liquid mix granulars.
