Building a 4-Cell TP4056 Charger for 18650 Batteries with Reverse Protection

Ordered me some of the PCBs for the 4-cell battery chargers. They actually weren't difficult to make and work quite well. I've noticed one oddity though, such as multiple cells seem to finish at the exact same time even though they're separate TP4056 boards.
