Coronavirus Pandemic Update 76: Antibody Testing False Positives in COVID-19

There is new information from the CDC that COVID 19 antibody testing in populations with a low prevalence of infection results in a high number of false positives (even if the test has a specificity of 95%).
Dr. Seheult illustrates why the positive predictive value (and negative predictive value) are generally more helpful than sensitivity and specificity alone (This video was recorded on May 28, 2020)
