Whether 4c, 3b or 2a, maintaining and trimming your hair is a must. Sometimes due to poor care, damage, and temperature changes, our ends get very damaged.

Know its time for a trim when I can’t gracefully run my fingers through my hair. And know I’m long overdue when all I do is pick knots out of my hair.

Here is how I trim my natural hair, along with a few hints and tips on why ts important.
I know removing length is devastating, but damaged ends are just dead weight.

You can also blow out your hair then do this if you dont mind using heat
