How To Make A Diy Motorized Sliding Angle Grinder Cutting Jig

Hello Everyone!
Today I show you how to make a diy motorized sliding angle grinder cutting jig. This homemade sliding angle grinder jig is also called as angle grinder sliding stand. This diy sliding angle grinder cutting jig is very useful to make straight cuts. I made this diy sliding angle grinder stand with automatic feeding system. Cutting a long length of sheet metal is a very hard job so in order to simplify this I made this diy sliding angle grinder. No manual cutting is needed by using this homemade sliding angle grinder. I used scrap metals in my metalworking workshop to make this sliding angle grinder stand. I mounted the angle grinder on the sliding angle grinder jig and I used a lead screw to move the angle grinder forward and backward. The lead screw is rotated by a 24v dc motor. By using this sliding angle grinder cutting of sheet metals can be done very quickly. Just clamp the sheet metal on the angle grinder sliding stand and switch on the angle grinder, dc motor forward that's it now the cutting is carried out automatically. This angle grinder cutting jig is very useful to all metalworking workshops. This angle grinder hack works very good. I really liked this homemade tools.
