Do you have a hard time making decisions? Do choices make you anxious?

People with anxiety or OCD often have a hard time making decisions. This can be for many different reasons. An anxious person might worry that they’ll miss out if they make the “wrong” decision. They might not feel confident in their ability to make their own decisions.

A person with OCD might doubt their decisions. They might doubt that they are representing what they truly want and might be concerned that they are lying (I did a youtube video on OCD fear of lying last week).

In this week’s youtube video I talk about how to overcome this feeling of getting stuck in indecision.
