Water – 200g
Milk – 200g
Butter – 176g
Salt – 8g
Premium flour – 240g
Eggs – 320g

For craquelin:
Flour – 150g
Brown sugar (or regular sugar if you don't have brown) – 150g
Butter – 156g

For the cream:
700 ml heavy cream
200 ml sweetened condensed milk
