Moving to Portugal, what the lockdown looks like on weekends. In the Algarve of Portugal after 1pm
The Algarve (South) of Portugal has spots where things are opening more during the week and spots where they are closing down more.
In the County and City of Vila Real de Santo Antonio our COVID cases were low enough to move forward with more openings as of the 19th:
What is opening from the 19th in our county of Vila Real de Santo Antonio in the East Algarve of Portugal?
All shops and shopping centers.
Restaurants, cafés and pastry shops (maximum of four people per table inside, or six on the terrace), until 22h30 (or 13h00 on weekends and public holidays), this is the "weekend clause" where they have to close at 1pm to keep people traveling from county to county from potentially spreading the virus.
Cinemas, theatres, auditoriums, concert halls.
Sporting activities of medium risk.
Outdoor physical activity of up to six people.
Outdoor events with reduced capacity.
Weddings and christenings with 25% of the capacity of the venue.
Secondary and higher education.
