Toyota Tacoma front axle 4x4 actuator (ADD) fix

My 07 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 was having an issue when the four-wheel drive selector was switch to 4 wheel High while moving. It would work intermittently but if I shut the engine off and then turned the 4-wheel drive selector to 4-wheel High and restarted the truck the 4×4 would then engage.
