Startup of a 40 year old tugboat
This tug is one of the oldest in the fleet, but she still does the job !!
She was build in 1977, so at this moment she's almost 40 years old !!
I made this movie because eventually these old tugs will be replaced by new ones, and i wanted some footage from them so they'll never be forgotten :)
The tug has 2 Voith Schneider Propellers and 2x 6Cyl 1100hp ABC Diesel Engines.
It's also equiped with 3 fire fighting monitors which give a total of 24.000liter/minute.
