Custom Steel Garden Gate Built in Spanish Fork, Utah | CNC Plasma + Welding

Custom steel garden gate fabricated and installed for a homeowner in Spanish Fork, Utah.
This backyard garden gate was designed to match the homeowner’s garden shed, add decorative character to the space, and provide enough strength to help keep her malamute contained.

For this project, Titan Forge cut the floral panel from 16-gauge steel on our CNC plasma table, then fabricated the gate frame using 1″ x 2″ rectangular tubing with 3/4″ square tubing for the arched sunray design.

The hinge side was built with a 3″ square steel post, a 1/2″ base plate, and concrete anchor bolts to create a strong, stable mounting point.
The final result is a custom steel gate that is decorative, functional, and built specifically for the space.
