2020 Health Check in a Korean Hospital

Korean hospital are definitely very very different from their western counterparts - and how much they cost also is wildly different. Every year we must go to a Korean hospital to get the Korean E2 visa health check to renew our contracts to teach abroad for another year.

As you can see in the video there is a lot to do, they check your height, eyesight, circumference, weight, colour blindness, hearing, blood, urine (for drugs), blood pressure and they do an xray to boot - all within the same hospital - and all for the low cost of 100,000 won! (around $100).

This bill you have to pay out of your own pocket every year except the first when it is covered during orientation (and it's done in a bus btw) and you will need two copies - dont forget!
