UN Needs Reforms: Will Russia be Barred?

From the start of its existence UN most important resolutions were vetoed by Russia. Including resolutions on Russia's aggression against Ukraine 2022, occupation of Crimea in 2014 and South Ossetia in 2008 and even resolutions about war between Hamas and Israel. Now, G4 countries finally called for reforming the UN as soon as possible. Ukraine also articulated 3 initiatives - concrete steps to modernise the UN.
