How to do Tesla Brake maintenance, service, repairs, lubrication

Disclaimer: NOT A MECHANIC - do this at your own risk and only if you are capable.
That said, this is the routine I follow every time I swap my winter/summer tires on my Model S and you should ALSO be doing regular brake service (at least yearly) on your Tesla. It is still a car-- not just a magical electric spaceship-- and it needs to be MAINTAINED like a car.
