My Mental Health in Quarantine & how I try to improve it

This is a clean with me vlog I made recently which explains how my mental health has been since isolating alone for over a month now during lockdown UK. Like I'm sure many others are, I'm struggling with it. It all came on top of me recently resulting in one of the biggest panic attacks and nervous breakdowns I've ever experienced (and I've had a few).

When I started this channel I wanted to be completely open and honest as I'm well aware that my other social medias like instagram are far from that. So at the start of this video I talk about why I think the panic attack happened, and what I've done since. This was to hopefully reassure those who may unfortunately be feeling similar, that they're not alone as it can feel isolating at the best of times, let alone in a time like this.

I also show the things I was doing before which helped improve my mental health. Such as cleaning out my room and giving it a makeover so I felt more comfortable in it, cleaning out my makeup brushes and drawing out monthly calendars and this was not only useful in being able to visualise and plan the days ahead but was also very therapeutic to complete.
