Lahmacun or ‘Turkish pizza’ is a popular street food made by baking spiced meat on top of flatbread to really let all of the juices and spices ooze and sizzle into the dough 💚 We’ve made ours plant-based with walnut and lentil ‘mince’ and baked it in a pizza oven, using sourdough discard to make the flatbread. But you could also use equal parts flour and water instead, and an ordinary oven works perfectly fine too! We absolutely loved this dish!
