Thecha Oil
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp green chilli
2 tbsp spring onion (green part)
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp roasted, crushed peanuts
2 tbsp coriander, chopped
1 tsp brown/ raw sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp light soya sauce
100 ml peanut oil

Method
1. Place all ingredients into a heatproof bowl (except oil).
2. Heat oil till almost smoking and pour on top.
3. Mix well and keep
