Hisuian Form (Japanese: ヒスイのすがた Hisui Form)
Like in the Galar region, Pokémon introduced both in and after Generation I have Hisuian Forms. Notably, these forms were introduced after their region's debut, as Hisui is a version of the Sinnoh region from the distant past.
Bonus:
Dialga and Palkia now have two distinct Forms that is unique to them. The Altered Forme is a form the trio assumes when outside their home dimension and one humans are familiar with the most. While the Origin Forme, is their true forms and at full power when inside their home dimension or with an item to change into said Formes.
LEGENDS also introduced new member of the Forces of Nature, Enamorus, which has two formes, Incarnate and Therian.
