Scallion Oil Noodles - How to Make Shanghai-style Cong You Ban Mian (葱油拌面)
Huaiyang scallion oil noodles! An absolutely classic dish and one of the easier recipes we've done.
It's a dish that you can find throughout coastal China - this Shanghai version features dried shrimp together with the classic scallion oil plus soy sauce combination. It's a touch more complex, but still quite easy to whip up on a weeknight.
