梅菜蒸羅非魚 Steamed tilapia with sauerkraut
材料有甜的梅菜,薑.蔥, 和一條羅非魚The ingredients are sweet sauerkraut, ginger, green onion, and a tilapia
梅菜要浸水,要洗兩三次才乾淨 The sauerkraut
should be soaked in water and washed two or three times to be clean.
洗完後要把水揸乾Dry the water after washing
把梅菜切粒 Cut sauerkraut into small pieces
首先炒梅菜, 不用放油First stir-fry the sauerkraut, do not put oil
加一匙羹糖Add a spoonful of sugar
梅菜就不會太鹹sauerkraut will not be too salty
清除所有魚內臟Clear all fish internal organs
把魚洗乾淨, 把水份抹乾Wash the fish, Drain the water
平時蒸魚,我喜歡在魚身上面切幾刀 For steamed fish, usually I like to use a knife to cut a bit on the fish body
味道比較容易滲透The taste is easier to penetrate
把梅菜和薑絲混在一起, 然後鋪滿在魚身Mix the sauerkraut and shredded ginger and spread it over the fish
用熱水蒸十分鐘Steaming with hot water for ten minutes
魚蒸熟以後,加一些蔥和熟油After the fish is steamed, add some green onions and cooked oil.
加少許蒸魚豉油Add a little steamed fish soy sauce
大功告成 ! You're done ! Yummy !
