Shai'ra the Asari Consort Full Romance from Mass Effect 1. Shai'ra is not a permanent romance partner you can have but you can have a short affair with the Asari Consort in the Citadel. Also, jealous Liara.
If you bring Liara with you and you are romancing her, Liara will make a comment when Shai'ra the consort refers to you.

In this video you will see a couple of mods of which include the FemShep Appearance Consistency Project and A Lot Of Textures (ALOT) for ME1. These are really good mods that upgrades the visuals and is much more pleasing to look at while maintaining the vanilla feel.
