Height: 5’7
Weight: 159lbs

‼️PREPARATION: I weighed 125lbs 9 months prior to my surgery. I gained around 35lbs to get ready for my BBL. I drank a lot of Ensure and Whey Protein Powder to gain weight. I also ate ALOT of Dairy Foods and Pasta. I worked out my Legs and Butt ALOT so I already developed a little shape before I left for Miami.
🚫WARNING: I developed Constipation and Skin Problems from eating so much damn dairy. 🤬🤬🤬
📦 SUPPLIES: Watch “BBL Supplies” Videos like I did. I got ALL my stuff from Amazon.
❤️ POST-CARE: I started feeling OKAY after Day 5. I started feeling GREAT after Day 12. I paid for 4 Massages while in Miami. I found some Perc 10’s (pain-killers) once I got to Atlanta.😂 I IMMEDIATELY scheduled 3 Massages (every week) for the next 4 weeks, once I got home. I started wearing my Stage 2 Faja about 11 days post-op (they told me 3 weeks, but it felt better to have something on with a little compression.) My Stage 2 Faja is a size 2XL.
☀️ Pray for Good Health and a Fast Recovery. Do what you want. You only live once. Make it a goal and go for it. SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! Post-Op care is like an extra $2,500 once you get home, so don’t think the surgery is the ONLY thing you’re going to pay for.
👌🏾 TIP: I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SURVIVE IF MY MOM DIDN’T COME DOWN TO MIAMI WITH ME!!!!!!!!
