Uhhhh the reason why I change techno's skin so much is because of like the different arcs, the skull and kingly robes for the revolution, the arctic clothes and boar pelt and the emerald earrings and shorter hair for the retirement arc, and then the reappearance of the skull mask as well as a mixture of the king clothes and the arctic clothes for the revenge arc as its also kind of a nod to the arctic empire fhdjdf I gave tommy some new clothes here as well because they've teamed up(also tommy's hair is slightly longer), and if it works with the design, then Tommy will be getting the boar pelt :]
These designs aren't final but so far that's how they look ye!

-I use clip studio paint!!
