STANDING PUNCHING BAG

Hi. My name is Darek and in this video I'll show you how to make a Homemade STANDING PUNCHING BAG diy.
Our hanging bag was ripped so we decided to make use of it.
To do the base we used square tubing 40x40 mm found on a scrap yard and solid concrete loads weighing about 25 kg each of them.
The whole standing punching bag is very solid and heavy. Thanks to the upper opening we have to access inside the bag. This also makes it possible to easily carry the whole structure. The weights are bolted so they do not make any noise.
As you see, the idea of a spring did not work, but fortunately my brother found a better solution. Foam which we use is used in Poland as a base under wooden floor panels. Thickness of foam is 3 mm, under the base we gave several layers and to fill out the bag we needed about 30 layers.
After testing it turned out to be a much better solution than a regular hanging bag. We sincerely recommend this solution! :)
